Due to the pandemic I had to look for a new cheer uniform company for my youth program this season. I had looked around at many cheer uniform companies and landed here at Victory Cheer. I emailed in for an art mockup and was sent several options for the uniforms I had chosen. The art concepts were amazing so me & my staff decided on the quick ship uniforms just in case our season was delayed or even worse cancelled. Vanessa Regina was our uniform rep and she went above and beyond since our communication began in February 2020. During the fit kit and ordering process Vanessa promptly responded to any questions big or small. Vanessa was able to make adjustments for sizes not available in our packages. I couldn't brag on her more her customer service skills are the best I have ever seen while ordering uniforms. The layout of the website was easy to navigate and I really really enjoyed the billing portal where I could view my invoices and see what was owed. I have never experienced a uniform company having a detailed portal like that for payments. 

Fast forward to our uniforms. They arrived very quick once payments were made in full. Upon receiving our uniforms I was absolutely astonished at how they turned out! The glitter vinyl logo shines from a mile away! They fit ALL of my cheerleaders wonderfully. There was 0 mistakes in our order which is AMAZING.

Vanessa was very helpful, always responding very fast to our requests, she really cared for us and put in quite some effort to ensure that we had a good experience with them and that our uniforms were exactly what we wanted.
We ordered a fit kit to ensure the sizes would fit our athletes. We were positively surprised how easy and fast it was to order it and send it back.
We then ordered our actual uniforms and they arrived even earlier than the production was supposed to be done. The fabric of the uniforms feels great and everything arrived exactly as we ordered it.

The dance team uniforms look and fir AMAZINGLY. The dance team members and I are so excited. You did an amazing job making sure we met our deadline, uniforms actually were received way early. Also, the fit kit was right on point for every team member- that doesn't normally happen. We couldn't be more pleased, and the crowd is going to LOVE the dance team's new look!
